Mark Parvin has almost 30 years experience in the IT and Services industry. Having spent time working for multinational organisations in European locations, including two years based in Frankfurt, Mark has considerable experience in developing valuable service business. He also worked as General Manager looking after a staff of 25 technicians and was responsible for service revenues running into millions of pounds.
Mark established his own service business in 1996 and was immediately appointed by Sony to establish its UK service and support strategy for it computer displays business. He remained as a consultant to Sony for more than three years, his company went on to become a major service and logistics partner for some of the largest brands in the world, including Samsung, Sony, Sharp and Acer.
