Imagemode is owned by its two founder directors, Paul Dyer and Mark Parvin. However, it consists of several key senior consultants enabling the company to offer expertise in a wide range of business areas.

Following the successful trade sale of their jointly owned businesses in 2005, Paul and Mark went on to form Imagemode Ltd enabling them to offer their considerable know how and business development skills on a consultancy basis

More recently Imagemode formed three new trading divisions, Azlek, PowerQuick and Click Logistics.
